Church Administration
- Organizing church meetings and coordinating administrative tasks.
- Managing church finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Overseeing facility maintenance and managing church property.
- Planning and scheduling church events and activities.
- Maintaining records and documentation related to church operations.
Teachers & Counselors
- Sunday School classes for children, youth, and adults.
- Digging Deep sessions for in-depth Bible study and spiritual growth.
- Home Cell groups for fellowship, prayer, and Bible study in smaller settings.
- Organizing special seminars or workshops for spiritual enrichment.
- Conducting discipleship programs to mentor and disciple believers.
Choir & Music Department
- Rehearsing/preparing music for services and special events.
- Leading worship during services through songs and hymns.
- Organizing and participating in choir concerts or musical productions.
- Offering music ministry during weddings, funerals, and other church ceremonies.
- Providing music training and workshops for choir members.
Multimedia Team
- Operating sound systems and audiovisual equipment during church services.
- Recording and editing sermons, music, and other church events (audio and video).
- Managing church website, mobile app, and social media accounts.
- Creating promotional materials and graphics for church services and events.
- Providing technical support for live streaming or recording services.
Ushering and Welcome Team
- Greet and welcome congregants warmly as they arrive.
- Assist in seating guests in an orderly and efficient manner, ensuring special sitting for elderly, disabled, or special guests.
- Organize and facilitate the collection of tithes and offerings during services.
- Assist in managing the flow of congregants during key parts of the service, such as communion or altar calls.
- Assist with distributing church materials such as bulletins, flyers, and programs.
Welfare Department
- Organizing food drives and distributing groceries to those in need.
- Providing financial assistance or counseling to individuals facing hardship.
- Offering support and care to sick or bereaved members of the church.
- Organizing clothing or household item donations for the less privileged.
- Collaborating with other community organizations to address social issues.
Protocol & Sanitation
- Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of church facilities.
- Managing seating arrangements and protocol during church services and events.
- Providing hospitality services, such as refreshments or meals for guests.
- Coordinating transportation for elderly or disabled members to church services.
- Overseeing security measures and emergency preparedness protocols.
Programs Department
- Planning and coordinating church events, conferences, and seminars.
- Organizing special services, such as baptisms, dedications, or communion services.
- Developing themes and topics for church programs and events.
- Inviting guest speakers or performers for special occasions.
- Evaluating and improving the effectiveness of church programs.
Accounting & Finance
- Managing church finances, including banking and accounting.
- Implement prudent financial practices to optimize resources.
- Providing financial reports, updates, and transparency to the congregation.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices, implementing internal controls to maintain integrity in operations.
